How to get here?

By car

It is 231 km from Tallinn to Põlva. The non-stop ride takes 2 hours and 47 minutes. We recommend you to take the historic postal road to Põlva, if you have some time to spare. By bus

On Friday (2.08) the official festival bus will depart from Tallinn at 13.00 (the stop is in front of Salme Kultuurikeskus) and return on Sunday (4.08) at 13.00 (the stop is next to the basketball court located close to festival area). You can purchase your ticket from Ticketer.

Festival bus will also depart from Tartu on Friday (2.08) and Saturday (3.08) at 15.00 (the stop is in front of Vanemuine Theatre) and return both nights at 03.00 (the stop is next to the basketball court located close to festival area). You can purchase your ticket from Ticketer.

Public buses go to Põlva from both Tallinn and Tartu. More information

By caravan

We have allocated a section in the official car park where you can park your caravan under the guidance of our parking manager. Intsikurmu is a forest park and therefore the conditions of an official caravan park cannot be guaranteed. Parking for caravans is also free!


Camping site
The camping site is next to the festival area. There is a security guard at the camping site, but there is no surveillance of personal belongings. Toilets and clean water are provided. The camping fee is 5€. It doesn’t matter if you stay for one or two nights, the charge will be the same.

Camping site will be open from Friday 2.08 at 13.00. The site is open for festival visitors only! In addition to enter the festival ticket is required. It is possible to buy breakfast on site.

We advise you to purchase your camping ticket online. Tickets are also available on site.

During the Intsikurmu festival, sleeping places are also available on the floor of the sports hall in Põlva School. Shower facilities are available in the space. One night in the sports hall cost 6 € (including shower facilities). No reservations can be made, availability on the first come first serve basis. Check-in 13.00-23.00 (Fri and Sat).

NB! The festival gate opens 1 hour before the first concert begins. Friday at 15.00 and Saturday at 13.00.
