Karmid Torud

The festival’s Grand Opening will feature a rock band hailing from Põlva, where a fusion of a rock ensemble and a full-fledged brass band awaits the audience. Known as Karmid Torud, the band has been active for 10 years, delivering captivating renditions of renowned world and Estonian rock classics, alongside their original compositions. The mastermind behind all the impressive arrangements is conductor Peeter Änilane, and the vocalists are Triinu Orm and Meelis “Hainz” Hainsoo.
